Jeffrey interviewed Mason after the first night of the Widespread Panic show in Birmingham, AL. During the fan interview, he mentioned his app, Pick 5. We invited Mason and Harrison, the two creators of the app to join us for a podcast episode so we can learn more about their friendship, the inspiration behind the app, how to use it, and their goals for the future. It’s inspiring to hear about their early friendship (spoiler - they’ve known each other since the womb!), various entrepreneurial endeavors they’ve embarked on together, and their lofty aspirations for the next phase of their creation. This episode features Dusty Rich who co-founded and co-created Cash or Trade. Hear about the app’s origin stories, beginning with how Dusty and his siblings fell in love with live music, first with the Grateful Dead and then Phish. Before Cash or Trade was an app, it was a pop-up tent on the Phish lot helping fans buy, sell, and trade goods for face-value tickets. There was a recent integration with Ticketmaster, which Dusty also explains in detail. Finally, he invites anyone interested to get involved with the Cash or Trade movement! The conversation is lively, entertaining, funny, and invigorating.

WATLO Podcast host, Dannie, sits down with Mike Eiselman and Sam Berry to discuss their experiences becoming Phish phans! Mike started his journey into the Phish-verse in the 90's and catches them when he can nowadays. Sam's first concert was the infamous Coventry run, and has already collected over 100 shows under her belt! Both found them as teenagers and their stories are amazing!

Michael Houser (Mikey) started the band alongside JB and Dave Schools. He passed away August 10th, 2002. There are songs he wrote and performed with Widespread Panic that haven't been played since his death, and some that have been brought back with the current lineup.
